A leadership professional and founder of Blueprint Leadership Development LLC, Rob brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, branding, and business development, with a focus on helping individuals and organizations find purpose in life, family, and business.
A member of The John Maxwell Team, Rob is a recognized leader and award recipient, including Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 and GIE Media 30 Under 30 honors.
