Rob Shauger

Rob Schauger is the CEO of Blueprint Leadership Development, where he works with business owners, CEOs, executives, and families to build stronger leaders, healthier relationships, and more meaningful lives.

Through leadership coaching, strategic planning, and weekend leadership summits, Rob helps men rediscover their sense of adventure, find greater purpose, and become better husbands, fathers, and business leaders.

His approach is a little different. Rob believes what happens at home affects what happens at work, and vice versa. That's why he looks beyond the business to help people strengthen both their professional and personal lives.

Blueprint Leadership Development grew out of Rob's desire to help men reconnect with the adventure they may have lost along the way. He believes the greatest success comes from making an impact that reaches beyond ourselves and across generations.

His daily goal is simple: keep growing, stay humble, and help others become better along the way. After all, iron sharpens iron!
