Amra Pucarevic
I help small businesses, nonprofits, coaches, and educators turn scattered knowledge into learning that lasts. As the founder of Underprop Solutions, I design practical onboarding programs, training systems, and courses that people can actually use, not just click through and forget.
Before starting my learning design studio in 2024, I spent more than a decade working across operations, HR, and learning and development at global corporations. Now, I bring that experience to smaller teams that need strong learning systems but may not need a full-time learning and development hire.
My approach starts with understanding what’s really getting in the way. Sometimes it’s onboarding. Sometimes it’s content, timing, or the systems behind the scenes. I bring those pieces together to build something that works, from the initial strategy through implementation and ongoing support.
Based in Utica, New York, I work with clients through three approaches: Foundations, Bespoke, and Partner. The goal is always the same: make learning clearer, more useful, and easier to sustain.
