Based in Utica, New York, this learning design studio and fractional learning partner builds practical onboarding programs, training systems, workshops, and courses that help people learn, grow, and do their best work.

Founded by Amra Pucarevic in 2024, Underprop Solutions brings the structure and expertise of corporate learning and development to organizations that may not need a full-time L&D specialist but still need training that works. From helping new employees get up to speed to turning a coach's expertise into a structured course or community, every solution is designed around real people and real-world needs.

Underprop's approach looks at five essential elements: people, content, timing, systems, and standards. Amra works with clients from the initial strategy and design through implementation, making sure the solution works in practice, not just on paper. Clients can choose a focused project or ongoing fractional support.
