Rob Shauger

I’m Rob Schauger, CEO of Blueprint Leadership Development. I work with business owners, CEOs, executives, and families to create greater clarity, alignment, and stability in both business and life.

My work combines leadership coaching, strategic planning, and a unique focus on the connection between business and family. I believe the two are closely connected. When things are going well at home, people tend to show up differently at work. The same is true in reverse.

I also lead weekend leadership summits designed to help men reconnect with something that can easily get lost in the responsibilities of work and family: adventure. These experiences create space to step back, think differently, build meaningful connections, and grow as leaders, husbands, fathers, and men.

What drives me most is creating multi-generational impact. I want the work I do today to positively influence not only my clients, but their families and future generations. And throughout it all, I try to stay humble, keep learning, and add a little adventure along the way.
